Registration Rules: 

Student requirements - Students who register for a course are affirming (by registering) that they are:

• Legally authorized to own and operate a firearm.

• Of sound mind, and free from mental illness or physical conditions that would prevent the safe operation of a handgun.

• Affirming that they recognize and accept the inherent risks of firearms training.

• Affirming that they intend to use the skills taught by Adams Safety Services in a legal, ethical, and honorable manner at all times.

Course Cancellation: 

While it is extremely rare, a course may be cancelled by us, Adams Safety Services, if minimum student registrations are not received. We recommend that you ensure that the course enrollment is good before making expensive travel arrangements.

Full tuition will be refunded in any case where we, Adams Safety Services must cancel a course and if the course cannot be rescheduled.

Students may choose between a training credit (for any course) or refund.

Course Refunds: 

Students may cancel their registration and receive a full refund (minus fees) if done a minimum of 5 days prior to course start date, by us at info@assactual.com within the following guidelines:

If the cancellation occurs more than 5 days from the course start date, the student will still receive a full refund minus the processing fee the registration system is charged for a credit card transaction (about 4%).

If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days from the course start date, the student may receive a course credit (to any course) if they experience a true emergency that prevents them from attending the course (family death, exigent circumstances). A refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Students who fail to respond to post registration notifications, notify us, Adams Safety Services within the required timeframe and who do not attend their course will not receive a refund of tuition registration.

Due to the impact of COVID and to ensure adequate individual instruction attention, we are keeping class sizes limited and as a result, last minute cancellations significantly impact your ability to deliver quality training .
